Friendly as long as everyone thought everything was fine. The moment I confronted them with the fact they had given me the wrong product (being good mooded and not expecting any trouble) they turned snippy and were visibly annoyed by my wife's Italian accent. Gave out wrong product as the one reserved online was not available which, however, was not even their personal fault. Reason for return, as written on receipt: customer changed mind...... Reason for three stars: They helped find an alternative product.
