This is something I value beyond price. You spent your precious time solving my chimney problem. I am happy to report that the advice you gave me has worked 100%! You could have sold me an expensive flue, a flue cube etc, etc. Instead, you spent time researching my problem and fixed it at NO COST to me and no profit to yourself. My stove is not an accessory, it is my only heat and hot water, therefore especially at the moment, it is important it works well. You will always have my custom, that of my family, and friends.
