We chose a letterbox and door knobs to rejuvenate our period front door. The ordering process was easy, and acknowledged quickly with rapid delivery assured. There wAs a glitch with part of the order which delayed its delivery by a day. This was dealt with most professionally with an explanatory telephone call, backed up by e-mail.
